Each occupation gives you 100 points to use on bonuses and stamina.

Tweaks to Existing Occupations

  • Plugging the numbers into Infantry, they total 125 points. I propose we make the bonuses for Infantry duck OR parry, not both, and either bump up the awareness to 1-3 or bump up the stamina to 5D+2.
  • Sharp shooter totals 105. Change awareness from 1-2 to just 1?
  • Mercenary's stamina would be 2D+2 instead of 2D+3.
  • Weapon Specialist is tricky because I do think the shock shooter option should be 20 points while the rest of the options should be 10. Let's just leave it. Will need to drop the stamina to 2D to make it 100 points.
  • For Guerrilla, how about H2H is 1 to 3, and stamina is 3D+2.
  • Assassin: 3-4 Assassin bonus = 50 points, 1-2 Duck = 15 points, 2D+2 stamina = 25 points, +2 to hide = 10 points.
  • Proposal for Munitionist: Make the explosive multiplier 25 points. Munitionist would have that plus a full 1D to tamper (25 points), 2D Stam (20 points) and a big will power bonus 2-4 (30 points).

Examples

  • Captain Obvious: 5D Stamina and either +5 to hit or +5 to duck. Actually, I would guess 5D of stamina and +5 of any of the regular bonuses would be common.
  • Turret Gunner: Anything without stamina.
  • Survivor: 1-3 duck, 7D stamina, stop mortal wound
