Character Creation
The characters have some rules:
- Standard 30-point being creation.
- Only combat occupations to start.
- Everybody is either 1 stage with maxxed-out stats, or 2 stages normally rolled. - Current vote count is a half-vote for 1 max stage, one shrug, and two no-comments-yet.
