An Electric Stream is designed not only to easily inflict damage, but to incapacitate its target(s). The electrical discharge can over-stimulate the target's nervous system causing all of their muscles to spasmodically contract in unison. To determine if this occurs, the target must roll 2D and add their will power. This total must be greater than the damage inflicted plus 10. If the target fails, they are unable to do anything during their next action as they spasm uncontrollably. In addition to this ability an Electric Stream has a bonus of +6 to hit and can spread the full damage equally to 1 to 6 targets.

The weapon releases a large electric charge that arcs through the air to the target, causing burns as it grounds. The path the current takes is initially guided by a magnetic field away from the charge emitter on the weapon, but is also attracted to conductors. Thus, the weapon has the massive +6 bonus to hit for the veering-towards-people effect of the discharge and has a widestroke effect due to the charge's ability to split flow amongst handy targets.
